GALAXIS LASER is a Two-Way Multi-directional Shuttle Robot (MSR) designed for automated carton and tote storage. Its modular shuttle structure supports stable high-speed operation and payloads of up to 50 kg (110 lb). Integrated with lifts and rack systems, LASER supports multi-deep storage to increase storage density and enable efficient automated storage and retrieval.
LASER is designed for operation across diverse environments, including ambient warehouses, cold storage, freezer applications, high-temperature areas, and ESD-sensitive production environments.
To support high throughput and efficient storage and retrieval, each aisle level can be equipped with an independent two-way shuttle for direct access to stored inventory. Flexible system configurations allow LASER to adapt to different space constraints, throughput requirements, and operating environments, making it well suited to high-throughput tote and carton storage applications.
Multi-deep storage for cartons and totes increases storage capacity within the available warehouse footprint.
System throughput can be extended with additional MSRs and lifts when needed.
System capacity and throughput can be expanded by adding shuttle units, lifts, and storage modules as operational demand grows.
Combined with high-speed lifts and intelligent system control to bring rapid access inventory. Can help users finishing order execution with high efficiency.
By using safe voltage capacitor as the main power supply, less electrical wiring work during installation phase and zero risk of personal injury leads by high voltage.
When any MSR needs to be maintained, no need to block whole system, but only for several locations around the MSR for specified levels and aisle, which is less impact for whole system throughput.
