GALAXIS FLASH is a Four-Way Multi-directional Shuttle Robot (MSR) designed for automated tote and carton handling. Integrated with vertical lifts and conveyor interfaces, FLASH enables automated storage and retrieval (AS/RS) operations. Its chassis supports four-directional movement—forward, backward, left, and right—enabling cross-aisle travel and coordinated multi-level operation with vertical lifts.
Within high-density 3D rack structures, FLASH shuttles can dynamically access storage locations to store and retrieve totes or cartons and deliver them to designated workstations for goods-to-person picking. The system supports multi-deep and stacked storage for different container formats, with a maximum payload of 50 kg (110 lb), making it suitable for flexible, high-throughput fulfillment operations.

3D omnidirectional movement adapts to buildings of irregular shapes, eliminating layout limitations from fixed aisle directions.
System throughput can be scaled by adding shuttles and vertical lifts as operational demand grows.
The system supports high-bay storage above 20 m, helping increase storage capacity within the available footprint. Combined with goods-to-person workstations, it reduces manual travel inside storage areas and supports more efficient picking operations.
