GALAXIS AMR Series provides flexible autonomous mobile robots for tote and pallet handling, supporting material transportation, equipment docking, and scalable intralogistics automation.
As part of the AMR portfolio, the GALAXIS VFR Series is a family of VNA AMRs — Very-Narrow-Aisle Autonomous Mobile Robots — designed for automated pallet storage, transportation, sorting, and pallet-to-person operations. Unlike conventional pallet-handling robots that require dedicated pallet frames or carriers, selected VFR models can pick up pallets directly from the warehouse floor, enabling more flexible pallet movement across different warehouse processes.
Designed for very-narrow-aisle environments and fork-type pallet handling, the VFR Series helps improve storage density, support direct pallet transfer, access low-level storage locations, connect with production lines, and enable cross-floor material flow. Covering CL, CS, and CC models, the series supports different application needs, including compact warehouse operations, high-density pallet storage, mixed pallet handling, oversized load movement, and high-bay storage scenarios.
Fully compatible with mainstream logistics systems such as ERP, WMS, WCS, and RCS, the VFR Series enables coordinated and accurate pallet handling across intralogistics workflows. Selected models also support advanced functions such as 3D container recognition, adaptive pallet pose correction, and enhanced safety protection for complex operating environments.
Optimized for narrow-aisle pallet operations with a minimum aisle width of 1650 mm, eliminating wasted space for forklift turning radii and pallet access.
LiDAR scanning paired with proprietary pallet pose correction algorithms for robust visual positioning.
Native integration with ERP, WMS, WCS and RCS for synchronized cross-platform operation.
CL, CS and CC product lines cover ground-level conveyance, multi-floor transit, stacking and high-bay rack storage scenarios.
Direct floor pallet picking without auxiliary racks, supporting seamless transfer across diverse handling processes.
5-meter long-range obstacle detection, CE-certified mechanical architecture and full compliance with ISO3691-4 international autonomous vehicle standards.
