The project is located in Chongqing Qinggang Economic and Technological Development Zone, integrating steel structure racks, tracked roadway stackers, pallet conveyors, goods-to-person picking workstations, and other intelligent logistics equipment to support automated transformation of parts warehousing, storage, sorting, and transportation processes under complex production scenarios.
GALAXIS provided an integrated intelligent warehouse solution to enable automated connection between warehouse operations and production lines, improving material supply efficiency and supporting lean production logistics.

In the Automotive industry, production logistics systems must support complex component management, high-frequency material supply, and seamless coordination between warehouses and production lines. Traditional manual handling and storage methods often result in low efficiency, limited space utilization, and difficulty in responding to increasing production demands.
With continuous expansion of automotive manufacturing capacity, enterprises require more flexible and intelligent logistics systems to improve storage efficiency, reduce labor dependency, and ensure stable material supply for production processes.
GALAXIS delivered a multi-level shuttle warehouse solution integrating shuttle systems, high-speed carrying lifts, lifts, and intelligent control systems. The solution enables automated storage, sorting, and transportation of automotive components, creating a direct connection between warehouse operations and production lines.
The system supports dynamic high-density storage and rapid material retrieval, allowing components required for transmission production and assembly processes to be delivered efficiently through a lean production logistics model.

The solution achieved high-density storage with 4,422 storage locations, significantly improving warehouse space utilization while enabling efficient production line supply. The system supports daily inbound and outbound requirements of 1,125 materials, ensuring stable logistics operations.
Through automated warehousing and digital process management, the project reduced manual handling dependency, improved operational efficiency, and enabled more accurate and reliable material flow for automotive component production.
