The project is located in the raw material storage area of a leading relay manufacturer’s industrial zone, with the core automation area based on a multi-passing warehouse. The system covers the entire process from raw material warehousing registration, task assignment through the upper-level system, automated picking, and material delivery to production lines.
By integrating automated storage equipment and warehouse management systems, GALAXIS enables efficient material supply for production processes, supporting automated manufacturing operations with improved responsiveness and accuracy.

In the Electronics Manufacturing industry, logistics systems must support high-frequency material handling, precise inventory management, and stable production supply. Traditional warehouse operations often rely on manual handling and management, resulting in slow response times, high labor dependency, and limited operational efficiency.
With increasing production demands and complex material flows, manufacturers require highly automated and flexible logistics systems to ensure timely material delivery, reduce operational costs, and improve warehouse responsiveness.
GALAXIS implemented a modular intelligent warehouse solution combining Four-way Tote MSR systems, lifts, WCS, and WMS platforms. The system enables automated storage and retrieval of electronic components and supports efficient material supply for production lines.
The solution adopts a flexible modular structure, allowing warehouse capacity and operational efficiency to be expanded by adding more shuttle robots according to future production requirements.

The solution significantly improved production material supply efficiency, achieving raw material outbound within 30 seconds and ensuring rapid response to production requirements. The automated system reduced dependence on manual operations while improving warehouse accuracy and operational stability.
The project achieved a 2x improvement in sorting efficiency and enabled digitalized warehouse management through automated data collection and system integration, supporting efficient and scalable electronic manufacturing operations.
