GALAXIS Hosts Investor Visit at the Canlin No. 1 Smart Logistics Center

On 16 June, Zhejiang GALAXIS Technology Group Co., Ltd. (“GALAXIS” or “the Company”, stock code: 02729.HK) hosted representatives from a number of domestic and international investment institutions at the Canlin No. 1 Smart Logistics Center in Foshan, Guangdong.

The visit included a tour of the facility’s end-to-end automation systems and a management briefing. The programme was designed to give investors a direct view of GALAXIS’ technology deployment, software capabilities and large-scale project delivery experience, while creating an open channel for dialogue with the capital markets.

Participating institutions included ICBC International, Guotai Haitong, Guoyuan International, HSBC, Minsheng Investment, Welkin Links, Industrial Securities, Yiwanshou, Infore Group, Zehui Capital, CITIC Securities, ZOE Asset Management, Zhuhai Yuhu Capital and Rosefinch Fund.

A Large-Scale Pharmaceutical Logistics Hub

Canlin No. 1 is the national central warehouse of Dashenlin Pharmaceutical Group and its largest and most highly automated logistics hub. The site covers approximately 40,000 square metres, with a total usable area of 75,000 square metres.

The facility has achieved an automation rate of 51.3%, with overall labour productivity reported to be 40% higher than that of a conventional manual warehouse.

During the tour, investors followed the complete operational workflow and viewed the main automation systems, including:

  • A 40-metre-high automated storage and retrieval system
  • A multi-shuttle system equipped with 120 shuttle robots
  • 15 kilometres of automated conveyors
  • 98 VFR very-narrow-aisle autonomous robots capable of operating across multiple floors
  • 22 CTU storage and handling units
  • 220 put-wall stations
  • Robotic palletising and depalletising systems with a throughput of more than 500 cases per hour per unit
  • Five cross-belt sorters
  • An OCR-based identification system delivering processing efficiency up to 20 times that of manual operations

Together, these systems demonstrate GALAXIS’ capabilities across warehouse planning, robotic equipment, software integration and project implementation.

Proven Operational Performance

The logistics centre provides storage capacity for more than 800,000 cases and can process up to 320,000 order lines and 60,000 items per day. It supports an annual sales volume of approximately RMB15 billion.

Daily operations require no more than 310 employees, with working hours kept within eight hours per day. The facility serves more than 4,500 stores across 12 cities in the Pearl River Delta, with deliveries completed within 48 hours. Both shipping accuracy and on-time delivery are maintained above 99.9%.

As the central coordination hub for Dashenlin’s 36 warehouses nationwide, Canlin No. 1 supports store replenishment across the Pearl River Delta, national inventory transfers and O2O pharmaceutical delivery services for more than 10,000 stores.

The facility was designed in line with applicable GSP requirements and pharmaceutical storage and distribution standards. During the visit, GALAXIS’ engineering and software leaders responded to questions on system stability, task scheduling and operational performance, using live warehouse scenarios to explain the value of the company’s full-stack approach.

Management Briefing on Technology and Delivery Capabilities

Following the site visit, GALAXIS management held a closed-door session with participating institutions.

Chief Financial Officer Song Yao, Head of Engineering Fu Gang and Head of Software R&D Wang Duo discussed business performance, project delivery and software development. The team used the Canlin No. 1 project to explain GALAXIS’ core capabilities and long-term development strategy.

GALAXIS has worked with Dashenlin since 2019. For Canlin No. 1, the company delivered a complete service covering planning, system design, equipment and integration.

The project automates key processes from receiving and palletising to storage, picking, verification and outbound handling. OCR vision systems reduce manual identification work, while put-wall stations, shuttle systems and cross-belt sorters coordinate to maintain accuracy under high order volumes. VFR robots provide flexible cross-floor transportation and support efficient goods-to-person operations.

Strengthening Transparent Investor Communication

The visit formed part of GALAXIS’ ongoing efforts to strengthen transparent communication with the capital markets.

By presenting a live operating project and quantified performance data, the company demonstrated its capabilities in full-stack intralogistics robotics, software integration and large-scale project delivery. The event also enabled management to collect professional feedback that may inform future product development and business planning.

GALAXIS stated that Canlin No. 1 provides a strong reference for the company’s ability to deliver complex intralogistics projects at scale. The company plans to continue offering site visits and management briefings to support open and regular engagement with investors.

Looking ahead, GALAXIS will continue to expand its VFR product range and further develop its integrated WMS, WCS and RCS software architecture, supported by data gathered from deployed projects.

The company is also advancing its international growth strategy, with a focus on Southeast Asia, North America and South America in 2026, followed by further expansion into Europe and Australia. Through its combined strengths in scenario-based planning, software algorithms and project delivery, GALAXIS aims to build a globally competitive intralogistics robotics business.
