GALAXIS Technology concluded its participation in the three-day World Battery Industry Expo and 7th Asia-Pacific Battery Show, where the company presented technologies for battery production and intelligent logistics.

During the event, the GALAXIS booth welcomed nearly 1,000 visitors and provided a platform for discussions with new and existing customers on battery manufacturing equipment, material handling, and production logistics.

Integrated Cutting and Stacking Equipment

GALAXIS presented an integrated cutting and stacking machine for battery cell production.

The equipment supports a cutting speed of 280–300 ppm, while each stacking platform completes one stacking cycle in 0.5 seconds per sheet. The system is designed to improve electrode alignment accuracy and uses balanced pressure control to maintain consistent force across the battery cell.

With dimensions of approximately 12 metres by 4.2 metres, the machine is designed to reduce floor-space requirements. After stacking, the battery cell pack is hot-pressed without adhesive tape, helping simplify the unloading process.

Intelligent Battery Logistics System

The solution was developed around the requirements of flexible material flow, stable operation, and coordinated process handling. GALAXIS technical specialists were available throughout the exhibition to explain the system architecture, equipment functions, and application scenarios.

The exhibition provided GALAXIS with an opportunity to present its combined capabilities in battery production automation and intelligent logistics. The company will continue developing equipment and system solutions for new energy manufacturing customers in domestic and international markets.
