The project implemented an intelligent cold chain logistics solution to support efficient storage and distribution operations under low-temperature conditions. GALAXIS provided a pallet shuttle dense storage system integrating shuttle robots, lift systems, and warehouse control technology.
The automated freezer area covers approximately 1,000㎡ and is designed for -18°C to -24°C operating environments. Through automated storage and retrieval processes, the system improves inventory efficiency and provides stable logistics support for multi-temperature food distribution operations.
Cold chain logistics operations face challenges including diverse product categories, complex SKU management, limited storage capacity, strict temperature control requirements, and high demands for product traceability.
Traditional manual operations in low-temperature environments often result in lower efficiency and increased labor costs. Enterprises require intelligent storage solutions to improve space utilization, optimize material flow, and ensure reliable cold chain management.
GALAXIS delivers an intelligent four-way pallet MSR solution for integrated “factory production + finished-goods distribution”, supporting flexible fulfillment for both B2B and B2C orders, and enabling full-process automation with 24/7 continuous operation, forming a highly efficient and scalable beverage logistics system.
After implementation, the intelligent logistics system effectively supported large-scale inbound and outbound operations while improving warehouse efficiency and accuracy. The solution provides more than 24,000 tote locations and supports 26,688 product categories, enabling flexible storage management for complex apparel operations.
The project significantly reduced labor dependency, decreasing workforce requirements from 328 employees to 127 employees. Through automation and intelligent logistics coordination, the system achieved higher operational efficiency and supported the customer’s future business expansion.
