Traditional operations rely heavily on manual handling and lack real-time monitoring systems, resulting in low efficiency, limited automation, and high safety risks in high-temperature and lithium battery environments.
GALAXIS delivered a fully automated AS/RS-based battery logistics system integrating high-temperature storage zones, ambient storage zones, stacker cranes, lifts, and automated conveyor lines.
The system enables end-to-end material tracking from production to storage and outbound processes. Integrated WMS/WCS systems ensure synchronized data flow, automated scheduling, and precise control of warehouse operations across multiple storage environments.
After implementation, the system achieves fully automated storage and conveying operations, significantly improving production logistics efficiency and system intelligence.
Equipment failure rate is reduced to below 1%, while overall efficiency margin increases by more than 20%. The system also integrates DTS temperature monitoring, thermal imaging, and automatic fire suppression to ensure high safety standards in battery storage operations.
