This project is planned by Galaxis Technology for its integrated battery-based storage and storage management system, covering high-temperature storage systems, normal temperature storage systems, separate storage zones, pallet conveyor lines, and automated warehouse logistics equipment.
The solution also integrates automation control systems and software platforms such as WMS and WCS to enable intelligent warehouse operation and management for new energy battery manufacturing processes.

In the new energy battery industry, rapid capacity expansion and increasing production demand create significant pressure on warehouse space utilization, operational efficiency, and safety management.
Traditional warehouse systems face challenges including limited storage space, low operational efficiency, and high safety risks in lithium battery handling. Manual processes also struggle to meet strict safety and precision requirements in modern battery manufacturing environments.
GALAXIS delivered an integrated AS/RS-based warehouse automation system combining stacker cranes, rack storage systems, lift equipment, and pallet conveyor lines. The system supports multi-zone storage management including high-temperature and normal-temperature areas, ensuring safe and efficient material flow. Integrated WCS control enables automated coordination of inbound, outbound, and storage operations, improving overall system stability and operational accuracy.
After implementation, the solution significantly improves warehouse efficiency, safety, and automation level. The system achieves 100% replacement of manual labor in warehouse operations, while improving storage efficiency and reducing operational costs. Automated processes also enhance system stability and reduce risks associated with lithium battery storage and handling.
