These challenges require a highly intelligent and data-driven logistics system capable of ensuring stability and transparency across all warehouse processes.
GALAXIS adopts modular configuration with MSR tote-handling robots, and GALAXIS integrates WCS + OES solution enabling full-process monitoring and traceability of warehouse operations, while also delivering efficient, accurate, and fully traceable operations, supported by three-level fire protection and full-process automation, forming a highly intelligent and secure logistics system for electronics manufacturing.
The solution significantly enhanced warehouse intelligence and operational transparency, supporting more than 55,000 storage locations with refined management capability. It enabled end-to-end visibility across warehouse operations, eliminating data silos and improving responsiveness to business peaks.
In addition, the system achieved highly accurate and fully traceable operations across all material flows, while integrating three-level fire protection and full-process automation to ensure operational safety and stability. Overall, the project delivered a highly efficient, secure, and scalable smart logistics system tailored for high-complexity electronics manufacturing environments.
