Renhe Yikang Pharmaceutical Group, headquartered in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, is a pharmaceutical enterprise focused on health industry innovation and drug R&D. Since its establishment in 2005, the company has continuously expanded its production and research capabilities, driving increasing demand for efficient and intelligent logistics operations. To support its business growth, Renhe Yikang implemented a smart intralogistics system to improve warehouse efficiency, eliminate data silos, and optimize material flow across inbound, storage, inspection, and outbound operations.

In the pharmaceutical industry, intralogistics systems must ensure high accuracy, regulatory compliance, and stable operational throughput while supporting continuous business expansion. The sector is characterized by increasing storage pressure, rising operational costs, and the need for real-time digital warehouse management.
Customer pain points include insufficient warehouse capacity caused by rapid business expansion, leading to limited storage space and reduced inbound and outbound efficiency; continuously increasing labor and operational costs placing pressure on cost optimization; and traditional management systems lacking real-time visibility and digital coordination, making it difficult to achieve efficient and data-driven logistics operations.
GALAXIS delivers a smart intralogistics system based on a Four-way Pallet MSR system, enabling high-density automated pallet storage and retrieval across a multi-level warehouse structure. The system integrates a high-bay warehouse and multi-floor warehouse layout, supported by automated material handling equipment to ensure seamless coordination between storage, inspection, and distribution processes, while enabling shared resource utilization and optimized material flow across the entire facility.
The solution improved warehouse operational efficiency by approximately 20% through the deployment of a Four-way Pallet MSR system tailored for pharmaceutical logistics requirements. The system supports approximately 7,600–7,680 pallet positions and achieves peak throughput of 115–120 pallets per hour, ensuring stable fulfillment performance for large-scale pharmaceutical distribution.
In addition, the project significantly enhanced space utilization and operational consistency while reducing manual dependency across warehouse operations. The system enabled a transition from labor-intensive processes to a technology-driven intralogistics model, improving operational transparency, process standardization, and scalability to support future business expansion.
