GALAXIS implemented an integrated AS/RS-based smart warehouse system combining pallet storage, tote shuttle systems, vertical lifts, and robotic handling.
The solution includes a high-bay pallet warehouse with 18,000+ positions and a multi-layer tote system with 35,000+ locations, supported by four-way shuttle robots and automated conveying systems to ensure efficient storage and order fulfillment.
The system increases storage capacity by approximately 50% and significantly improves picking and sorting efficiency. It supports up to 1,500 boxes/hour throughput and 75,000 daily order operations, ensuring stable performance under peak demand.
