The industry is characterized by strong volatility in inbound, outbound, and return operations, as well as strict requirements for speed, accuracy, and operational resilience.
Customer pain points include the need for high storage density and flexibility, harsh working conditions with high labor costs, and strong seasonal fluctuations causing surges in inbound, outbound, and return processes. These challenges require a highly stable and scalable automation system capable of maintaining performance under extreme environmental conditions.
GALAXIS delivers a modular MSR tote-handling robot solution, while GALAXIS enables the transition from a “person-to-goods” model to a “goods-to-person” model, and implements black-box testing to detect functional vulnerabilities and enhance system reliability, forming a highly flexible and resilient smart logistics system for retail and e-commerce operations.
The solution significantly improved system stability and operational performance, enabling consistent warehouse operation even under extreme environmental conditions of up to 122°F. Outbound efficiency was doubled, while operational accuracy reached up to 99.99%, significantly improving order fulfillment reliability and reducing manual operation risks during peak seasonal fluctuations.
The system also effectively supported high variability in inbound, outbound, and return processes, ensuring stable performance under strong seasonal demand surges while maintaining high efficiency, accuracy, and operational resilience across the entire logistics chain.
